If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, Amped Décor is happy to accept returns on all regularly priced merchandise (all sale items are final). Exchanges / Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. I take pride in selling high quality merchandise, so if your item is defective or damaged, please reach out immediately and I will work quickly to get your issue resolved!
- Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to Amped Décor and your account will be credited within 48 hours of receiving your returned package (minus the price of outbound shipping cost)
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I can’t guarantee I will receive your returned item.
- Amped Décor is not responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.
